QATAR Cargo has introduced a new offering specifically designed for the transportation of vehicles, reports London's Air Cargo News.
The carrier's latest offering, named Drive, is designed to accommodate a variety of vehicles, ranging from regular cars and vintage models to premium or luxury vehicles, new cars and sports cars.
This service will be accessible on the airline's passenger and all-cargo flights, covering more than 160 belly-hold and 70 freighter destinations.
The Drive product provides the flexibility of full or part-charters.
It's worth noting that Qatar Airways Cargo has been involved in the transportation of cars for several years, having transported over 1,400 vehicles in 2022.
"Safety is paramount, and the teams take extreme caution ensuring all safety measures are followed, and vehicles are tied down and secured properly before being flown on the flight," said the airline.
"The vehicles are monitored throughout the entire journey by the airline's operational experts."
